Amygdala (Anatomy Big Olimpiade) tahun ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 September - 30 Oktober 2022 oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dengan tema “Overview and Management of Cerebrovascular Malformation That Can Lead to Aneurysms and Glaucoma”. Amygdala 2022 diselenggarakan secara online melalui platform Zoom Meeting untuk babak penyisihan dan secara offline di Malang untuk babak perempat final, semifinal, dan finalnya. Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya mengirimkan 4 orang delegasinya sebagai perwakilan dalam mengikuti Amygdala 2022 yang dibagi menjadi 2 tim.
Pada hari pertama yang diselenggarakan secara online, agenda yang berlangsung adalah babak penyisihan bagi para peserta, yaitu berupa pengerjaan soal melalui CBT yang hasilnya diumumkan malam itu juga di hari yang sama. Hasil menyatakan bahwa ada 1 tim dari Universitas Brawijaya yang berhasil lanjut ke babak perempat final di Malang. Kedua delegasi yang lolos pun berangkat ke Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang pada tanggal 28 Oktober 2022 untuk bersaing membawa nama Universitas Brawijaya di ajang Amygdala 2022.
Setibanya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, di hari kedua acara, para delegasi yang lolos disambut oleh tuan rumah penyelenggara dan di hari ketiga, para delegasi melaksanakan babak perempat final, yaitu berupa tes tentamen, tes tulis per pos, dan tes PPT individu. Sejumlah 8 tim yang diumumkan dengan skor teratas akan melaju ke babak semifinal pada esok hari. Tim delegasi dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya belum termasuk ke dalam 8 tim dengan skor teratas sehingga perjalanan mereka harus terhenti sampai di babak perempat final. Namun, semangat dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya tidak akan terputus dan diharapkan para delegasi Amygdala tahun berikutnya dapat meneruskan langkah delegasi sebelumnya dengan lebih baik.
This year's Amygdala (Great Anatomy Olympiad) has been held on 25th September - 28th October 2022 by University of Muhammadiyah Malang with the theme "Overview and Management of Cerebrovascular Malformation That Can Lead to Aneurysms and Glaucoma". Amygdala 2022 has been held online via Zoom Meeting for the preliminary round and offline in Malang for the quarter-finals, semifinals, and finals. The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya sent 4 delegates as representatives to participate in Amygdala 2022 which was divided into 2 teams.
On the first day which was held online, the activities was the preliminary round for the participants in the form of answering questions through CBT and the result announced that night on the same day. The result stated that there was 1 team from Brawijaya University that managed to continue to the quarter-finals in Malang. The two delegates who passed also went to University of Muhammadiyah Malang on October 28th, 2022 to compete and carry the name of Brawijaya University in the Amygdala 2021.
Arriving at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, on the second day of the event, the delegates who passed were welcomed by the host and on the third day, the delegates faced the quarter-finals, namely the tentament test, written test in each post, and individual PPT test. The 8 teams announced with the top scores will continue to the semifinals tomorrow. The delegation team from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya was not included in the 8 teams with the top scores, so their journey had to stop in the quarter-finals. However, the spirit of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya will not be broken. We hope that next year's Amygdala delegates can continue the journey of the previous delegation with better achievements.
