MALANG, 23 Mei 2026 – Delegasi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya (FK UB) yang beranggotakan Izaq Aldi Rahmansyah, Catherine Fahriyah Mulyaningrum, dan Tobias PagihutanTua turut serta mengawal perumusan arah gerak organisasi dalam forum tertinggi regional, Musyawarah Kerja Wilayah (MUSKERWIL) ISMKI Wilayah 4 Ke-XXVI tahun 2026 yang diselenggarakan oleh FK Universitas Negeri Malang.
Acara tahunan ini mengusung tema besar “UNIFY: United in Nurturing ISMKI’s Future Youth – One Region, One Direction”, yang bertujuan menyelaraskan visi dan misi institusi kedokteran di wilayah Jawa Timur hingga Papua. Sebagai salah satu institusi di Wilayah 4, kehadiran delegasi diharapkan membawa kontribusi strategis dalam penyusunan program kerja wilayah demi kemajuan dunia kesehatan serta pengabdian masyarakat.
Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid dengan pembagian tahapan sebagai berikut:
Sebelum pertemuan tatap muka dimulai, delegasi FK UB bersama perwakilan senat mahasiswa kedokteran lainnya mengikuti sesi Pre-Muskerwil yang digelar secara daring. Agenda ini difokuskan pada pemaparan awal Grand Design ISMKI Wilayah 4 Periode 2026/2027 serta koordinasi awal untuk mengefisiensikan jalannya sidang pleno saat agenda luring.
Memasuki rangkaian luring hari pertama, seluruh delegasi berkumpul di Ballroom Hotel Tidar Malang. Agenda hari pertama dibuka dengan Opening Ceremony, dilanjutkan dengan Sidang Pleno awal untuk membahas tata tertib sidang pemilihan presidium sidang tetap. Delegasi Memiliki hak memberikan pandangan kritis dalam persidangan demi memastikan hak suara institusi masing-masing tersalurkan dengan baik.
Hari kedua bergeser ke Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) selaku tuan rumah pelaksana. Fokus Utama agenda hari ini adalah Sidang Pleno dan perumusan rancangan program kerja Pengurus Harian Wilayah (PHW) yang sistematis dan inovatif. Delegasi yang turut hadir diharapkan mengawal isu-isu strategis kedokteran, mulai dari arah gerak pendidikan profesi, kebijakan kesehatan, hingga aksi pengabdian Masyarakat serta Talkshow yang diselenggarakan bersama Ketua AIPKI Prof. Dr. dr. Wisnu Barlianto, M. Si.Med, Sp. A (K) dan Sekretaris IDI Cabang malang raya dr. Endang Triningsih sebagai narasumber utama.
Rangkaian MUSKERWIL XXVI resmi ditutup kembali di Ballroom Hotel Tidar Malang pada hari ketiga. Agenda pemungutan suara, pengesahan konsideran sidang, hingga Farewell Party menjadi penutup manis dari dinamika persidangan yang padat. Seluruh program kerja berorientasi dampak (impactful) resmi disepakati untuk satu periode kepengurusan ke depan.
Melalui keikutsertaan delegasi FK UB diharapkan menjadi bentuk komitmen untuk tidak hanya unggul di bidang akademik internal, tetapi juga aktif memegang peran sebagai agent of change dalam kancah pergerakan mahasiswa kedokteran di tingkat wilayah maupun nasional. Sinergi yang terjalin dalam MUSKERWIL ini diharapkan mampu membawa kontribusi nyata bagi pembangunan kesehatan masa depan Indonesia.

MALANG, 23 May 2026 – The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FK UB) delegation, comprising Izaq Aldi Rahmansyah, Catherine Fahriyah Mulyaningrum, and Tobias Pangihutan Tua, actively participated in shaping the organisation’s future trajectory at the regional forum: the 26th ISMKI Region 4 General Working Assembly (MUSKERWIL XXVI) 2026, hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Negeri Malang.
This annual convention, themed “UNIFY: United in Nurturing ISMKI’s Future Youth – One Region, One Direction”, aimed to harmonise the vision and mission of medical education institutions stretching from East Java to Papua. As a member institution of Region 4, all delegation's presence was vital in offering strategic insights during the drafting of regional work programmes aimed at advancing healthcare and community service.
Prior to the face-to-face sessions, the FK UB delegates joined representatives from other medical student councils for the online Pre-Muskerwil phase. This agenda focussed on the preliminary presentation of the ISMKI Region 4 Grand Design for the 2026/2027 period, alongside initial coordination to streamline the upcoming in-person plenary sessions.
Commencing the physical itinerary on the first day, all delegates gathered at the Tidar Malang Hotel Ballroom. The proceedings commenced with an Opening Ceremony, followed by the initial Plenary Session to deliberate on the rules of order and the election of the permanent session presidium. Delegates exercised their rights to provide critical perspectives throughout the trial to ensure their respective institutions' voices were thoroughly represented.
The venue shifted to Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) as the host institution for the second day. The core focus was the Plenary Session and the formulation of systematic, innovative work programmes for the Regional Executive Board (PHW). The attending delegates closely monitored strategic medical issues, ranging from the direction of professional education and health policies to community outreach initiatives. The day also featured an insightful talk show headlined by prominent keynote speakers, including the Chairman of AIPKI, Prof. Dr dr Wisnu Barlianto, M.Si.Med, Sp.A(K), and the Secretary of the Malang Raya IDI Branch, dr EndangTriningsih.
The MUSKERWIL XXVI proceedings formally concluded on the third day back at the TidarMalang Hotel Ballroom. Voting sessions, the ratification of session resolutions, and a celebratory Farewell Party provided a perfect conclusion to an intense and dynamic assembly. A suite of highly impactful, action-oriented work programmes was officially approved for the upcoming executive term.
The active participation of the FK UB delegation underscores the institution’s unwavering commitment to excelling not only in internal academics but also in actively championing roles as agents of change within medical student movements at both regional and national levels. The synergy fostered throughout this assembly is poised to deliver a tangible and lasting contribution to the future development of healthcare in Indonesia.
